States vs. Measurements as Preserving Quantum Resources

Quantum systems easily interact with an environment. Noisy channels on a quantum system not only leads to corrupted states but also ask to revise a measurement for optimal detection of noisy states. In this talk, I will discuss a suboptimal strategy that preserves a measurement although it fails to preserve states.
